Stolen Vehicle

Dear Residents, 

This morning, at 11am, a Burnt Orange Ford Transit was stolen from Newhallhey Retail Park. It has since transpired that this vehicle was followed into the car park by a Red Peugeot hatchback. The offenders have entered the Ford Transit through key-less entry and have driven away. On board the Transit was three Dogs, including two Cocker spaniels and a Weimaraner. 

Unfortunately, this has happened once before recently in similar circumstances, therefore we would like to advise everyone to take the necessary precautions when leaving your vehicles unattended on the retail park and surrounding areas. Always be cautious of if any vehicles are following you and park nearby and If possible please take precautions such as trackers, steering locks, Immobilisers etc

Please ensure you are being extra vigilant when entering the car park and ensure all valuables are hidden and out of sight.
